There was a customer in our store crying today because she broke her phone and couldn't afford a new one. She has insurance on her account but her father, whose account it was, removed it because he didn't feel like paying for it. She cried for over an hour because she wanted a new phone... Did I mention she was in her 20's?

I had a customer today that couldnt read our contract and wanted to blame us for getting the wrong stuff. Dude, you could read what you were signing on the dotted line??!?!?!? How is it my fault that you didnt read?
