This bitch, that has taken, stolen, not paid, over the last 4 and 1/2 year that ive worked at this cafeteria comes to me the other day and says she had scrambled eggs, and I charged her $1 for 2 eggs, so ok. I work at a major where the customer is not only right, I believe if they asked us to jump we'd need to reply 'how high?'. Anyway, we have the usual people you get at a fast-food joint that are impatient, the people that are all around jerks but one the other day really got to me: I'm pulling tickets, I have about 4 on my board, some holding on our longest cook time item but, nonetheless, I'm getting them out faster than usual....

I work for a bix bog hardware store and tonight i had this lady come into my line who had a bunch of very expensive stuff. about 3 items were from electrical and 2 of them were faucets. the total came out to be $800!!!! she even looked like a legit customer. not one of those ones who are all tore up from drugs or whatever they do. anywho, she gives me a card and before i even looked at it i asked her if it was a debit or credit....

There was a customer in our store crying today because she broke her phone and couldn't afford a new one. She has insurance on her account but her father, whose account it was, removed it because he didn't feel like paying for it. She cried for over an hour because she wanted a new phone...
