So at the place that I work at, our customer service hours of operation are 6AM - 10 PM CST, i am in customer service and I get a call, exactly one minute right before we are about to close, so this stupid lady calls in bitching that we close too early for her because she lives on the west coast, when she gets off of work apparently that is the time that we close, I was giving her options to arrange for a call back because the Dept. that she wanted to speak with was closed , OMFG she bitched for 20 minutes, while I had my dear old grandmother waiting for me in the car because she is my ride from work, and I was trying to give this stupid lady other solutions so we can help her, but no she didnt want my help, all she wanted to do was bitch and bitch and waste my damn time, while I had my grandma in the car, damn stupid lady i hope she breaks her hip!
