I work in the cellular phone industry...yeah I'm not gonna say which, but its a big one...anyways...I have grown to HATE 70% of my customers. They are rude, demanding, pukes with overly high expectations, and little knowledge. But my favorite thing to do is when they come in having bought from other stores, and I take absolute enjoyment In asking "so where did you get it?" Because if I don't recognize you, you did not buy it here, and if you didn't then you can kiss my a**.. We don't even touch things from Wally World, Online, or ANY other store. Not our inventory, not our problem.. I know people will think hey help them out they may buy from you next time... no they won't...they are cheap bastards and they buy online because of it... hey I will let you in on a secret all those online phones are refurbished, used crap...enjoy! Anyways I thought I would share my favorite thing... and fyi that is company policy too, so there is nothing they can do, or if they call customer service they will do nothing if they complain. YAY!

Its like if you buy online and you are giving them your business why do you think this store is going to help you? If you gave the business to the store to begin with you wouldnt have this problem.
